After the purchase plan is successfully completed, you will receive an Rx ID card mailed by Optum Rx, and then log in to the Optum Rx official website https://www.optumrx.com to register an account. You can download a temporary Rx ID card electronically, search for partner pharmacies and track online prescription drug orders in your member account.
You may get a covered vaccine via partner pharmacies.

You can create and verify as an eligible member through https://www.teladochealth.com/, then you may access to contact the doctor online for consultation 24/7.
If you are prompted to pay an additional Teladoc membership fee, please do not continue to register. You can contact customer service to obtain a tutorial on how to create a membership.
